What I Offer

The Sacred Geometry

Sacred geometry, with its intricate and harmonious designs, reflects the inherent order and balance of the universe. In my work I offer a holistic approach, integrating different modalities into therapy, creating a sacred space where you can connect more deeply with yourselves and the cosmos. This fusion not only aids in aligning the mind, body, and spirit but also fosters a sense of peace and interconnectedness. Through this unique approach, you will be able to attain your sacred geometry, a state of wholeness and harmony. Below you find a tapestry of modalities that I work with. All modalities are infused with the values compassion, resilience, happiness, and integration as building blocks to live your life to the fullest.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, is a trauma therapy. Traumatic or impactful experiences in the past are often connected to core vulnerabilities, feelings of anxiety, stress and powerlessness. EMDR is a powerful and effective tool to heal specific wounds that are connected to your traumas.

For more information, see the website about EMDR: http://www.emdr.com/ or read through the Dutch flyer of EMDR.

Sound Meditation

  • The power of sound is phenomenal. My teacher of this sound meditation protocol, David Shemesh, tells us to Follow the Sound. What he means by that is basically to use sound as an inner compass and resonance tool that will teach the body to down regulate, while also creating opportunities to process stuck and unresolved emotions. In sound meditations we allow ourselves to enter deep meditative states while riding the waves of different frequencies.

Compassion Focus Therapy (CFT)

  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) helps to develop compassion and reconnect to ourselves and others. A lot of people suffer from a lack of self compassion, even when they are compassionate towards others. People that have experienced traumas in their lives tend to be harsh on themselves, sometimes as a way of control to make the world more predictable. They can feel self-critical, and shame and guilt can become a big part of their lives.

Internal Family System (IFS)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Parts Work is a therapy that posits that the mind is made up of multiple parts, and underlying them is a person's core or true Self. Like members of a family, a person's inner parts can take on extreme roles or sub-personalities. Each part has its own perspective, interests, memories, and viewpoint, and are related to someones personal life or history. IFS therapy helps heal wounded parts and restore mental balance by creating a cooperative and trusting relationship between the Self and each part. As is said in IFS, there are no bad parts.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy that helps you recognize and change negative or dysfunctional thought and behavior patterns. CBT helps people learn to question and change their thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs.

For more information on CBT, see https://www.abct.org

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment encourages people to think and feel without attempting to change or suppress their thoughts and feelings. It helps people move in a valued direction and uses metaphors, paradoxes, and experiential exercises.

Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT)

  • Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) is a powerful synthesis of therapeutic wisdom and psychedelic integration that opens new doorways to profound personal change. This innovative approach honors the transformative potential of psychedelic experiences while providing the therapeutic framework needed to create lasting positive shifts in deeply rooted patterns. Working together in a supportive and understanding environment, we'll harness the insights from your journeys and weave them into meaningful, sustainable change, helping you move beyond old patterns of stuckness into a more authentic and liberated way of being.

See for more information on the treatment protocol: Pots, W. & Chakhssi, F. (2022). Psilocybin-assisted Compassion Focused Therapy for Depression.

Couples Counseling

  • Couples counseling helps partners improve their relationship, communication, and overall emotional connection. Various therapeutic modalities will be integrated, focused on addressing both individual and relationship dynamics to foster mutual understanding, empathy, and personal growth. Together we will work on analyzing and untangling the relationship pattern or dance, identify and transform negative interaction patterns, foster emotional safety and bonding by increasing compassion and recognizing underlying emotional needs and vulnerabilities.

A further deep dive intensive can be used to bring healing into the relationship.

Executive Counseling

  • Executive coaching empowers leaders to thrive and reach their highest potential through compassion and insight. This approach goes beyond traditional coaching, focusing on personal growth, emotional resilience, and happiness. With compassionate coaching, leaders gain the tools to foster authentic connections, inspire their teams, and create a positive impact that extends beyond the boardroom.

Embrace a coaching experience that balances ambition with compassion and drives meaningful, lasting change. We offer a 6 month container with 12 face to face sessions and a 1 day intensive.
