Illuminate the shadows: A Sound Meditation Journey
February 1st, 2025 | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
In the cold and quiet embrace of winter, we turn inward to explore the depths of our being—a time to meet ourselves in the places we often shy away from.
The phrase “Shadow Work" often emerges in conversations about self-discovery, yet many feel daunted by the apparent darkness. Not everyone is eager to go to the depths of their beings to look for all the stuff that has been hidden. I have certainly been there and it can be daunting for sure. Even though I have always comes out on the other side shining more brightly, I sometimes still struggle with a debilitating fear before I step into my journey. Because to be honest, sometimes it takes a while before we shine. And sometimes all the shadows are actually flowers! What I have learned is that it is much more about the way we look at our shadows than the shadows themselves.
The beautiful truth is that shadow work is nothing to be feared of. It is simply about shining a gentle light on the habits, patterns, and stories that are quietly orchestrating our lives from behind the scenes.
Together, we will compassionately take a peek under the hood at those beliefs that may be dictating some of our behaviors, despite not serving our highest interests. Through the transformative power of sound and guided meditation, we'll create a container for deep healing and self-discovery.
During this sacred evening of sound meditation, we'll create a safe and nurturing space where you can:
Experience the healing frequencies of overtone emitting instruments that help release stored tension
Learn practical techniques for embracing and understanding your shadow aspects
Discover how to transform challenging patterns into sources of personal power
Connect with a supportive community of fellow seekers
In this special ceremony on February 1st, we welcome our shadow self with compassion and curiosity, opening the door to greater self-acceptance and the powerful energy of transmutation. Every part of you is welcome here—even the parts you've been hiding from yourself.
