Sound Meditation, Dec 7: Heartstrings

Come and join us in our upcoming Sound Meditation December 7.

This sound meditation will be co-facilitated by my dear friend Misha Khalikunov, a cellist and music educator based in San Francisco. He studied Cello Performance at UCLA under the tutelage of Antonio Lysy.

This ceremony, we’ll use the evocative sounds of the cello to gently tug at your heartstrings, unlocking a space for profound transformation and healing. The heart’s strings, like the nerves and tendons that brace and support it, are a source of both strength and vulnerability.

Included are different modalities like ceremony dharma talk, 6 hours of sound ceremony combining breath work, vocal toning and vocalization, guided visualization, and live instruments (cello, gong, singing bowls, chimes, etc), post-journey sharing circle, preparation and integration booklets, group zoom calls, and an individual integration session.

Allow yourself to be carried into a soundscape that mirrors the depths of your emotions. Each note is an invitation to release, to feel, and to reconnect with the rhythms of your heart.
